Menu for Saturday 21st April

Dear Friends,

here you are the menu we’ll present on Saturday for dinner…the same of the last dinner of the month with some variations:

Insalatina di gamberi, asparagi bianchi di Beelitz e pane al nero di seppia
Shrimps salad, Beelitzer Asparagus and black sepia ink bread

Risotto con asparagi, caprino, pancetta croccante e fiori
Risotto with Asparagus, goat cheese, crispy pancetta and flowers

Intermezzo

Gelato al melone e prosciutto crudo di Parma
Homemade honeymelon ice cream, Crudo di Parma ham

second course

Merluzzo con gratin alle mandorle su crema di avocado, chips di cipolla rossa
Cod with almonds gratin, avocado cream, red onion chips
