Menu Aperitif: Spritz Aperol Vorspeise Geeister Parmesan auf kandierten Tropeazwiebeln und Basilikumchips * Erster Gang Carbonara vom Wachtelei mit „Pancetta di Sauris“ (Italienischer Speck) und hausgemachter „Tajarin” Pasta. * Zweiter Gang Italienische „Cotechino” Komposition vom Schwein auf rotem Chicorée aus Treviso und Kartoffelcreme * Dessert Cannoli mit Lavendelcremefüllung auf rosa Grapefruitspiegel * Moka Italienischer Espresso 100% Arabica Mit diesem von uns kreierten Menü hatten wir zum Ziel, traditionelle italienische Speisen wie die „Carbonara“ oder den „Cotechino“ auf neue Weise zu interpretieren und gleichzeitig mit ungewöhnlichen Kombinationen wie dem geeisten Parmesan auf Tropeazwiebeln, oder der Lavendelcremefüllung der Cannoli zu arbeiten. Our New Menu for January…Buon Appetito!

Dear All, We are very happy to announce the new Menu for the next dinners on January 15th and 29th January 2011 Menu Aperitiv: Spritz Aperol   appetizer   Parmesan Ice cream on candied Tropea onions and Basil Chips   * first course   “Tajarin” (homemade pasta) Carbonara with quail egg and Pancetta di Sauris   * second course   Italian Cotechino composition with red chicory of Treviso and Potatoes cream   * dessert   Lavender cream cannoli on pink grapefruit sauce * Moka Italian espresso 100% Arabica   We have created this menu thinking about some traditional but “restyled” dishes like Carbonara and Cotechino and about some unusual combinations like the Parmesan ice cream on onions as appetizer and the cannoli Lavender cream for dessert. Next dinner parties on 2011…save the dates!

Dear All, we’ve just defined the planning for January and February. We’ll host up to 8 persons this year for the dinner parties and up to 18 for the tasting parties. Dear All, thank you so much for being with us yesterday…it was an amazing evening with very special people and a wonderful atmosphere…definitely the best way to begin the New Year! It was fantastic to meet you all and we look forward to seeing you again!
